Abstract:
Provided is a quantitative parameter value acquisition method, which is used for acquiring a parameter value of a specific quantitative parameter for a target object during dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging. The quantitative parameter value acquisition method comprises: constructing a reference area model according to parameters of a reference area of a target object and parameters of a target area of the target object; performing first fitting on the reference area model, so as to obtain parameter values of first rate parameters of all voxels in the reference area; and performing second fitting on the reference area model according to the parameter values of all the first rate parameters, so as to obtain a parameter value of a specific quantitative parameter of the target area. Further provided are a quantitative parameter value acquisition apparatus, a readable storage medium and a computer device. Since a parameter value of a specific quantitative parameter is acquired by using a reference area model during the process of acquiring a quantitative parameter value, an arterial input function does not need to be measured and acquired, such that the parameter value of the specific quantitative parameter can be obtained without needing high resolution.
