Abstract:
A quantum dot electroluminescent device, a display panel, and a display device. The quantum dot electroluminescent device comprises an anode layer, a composite light-emitting layer, and a cathode layer which are arranged in a stacked mode; the composite light-emitting layer comprises at least two stacked quantum dot light-emitting layers, and an intermediate layer is provided between every two adjacent quantum dot light-emitting layers; the intermediate layer is configured to implement hole transport and block electrons. The quantum dot electroluminescent device alleviates the problem of the reduced light-emitting efficiency of a quantum dot light-emitting device after a voltage rises to a certain degree.
