Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a quasi-adhesive label which can be manufactured at low cost without requiring a large-scale facility and for which the force when peeling off a label base can be reliably obtained, and the manufacturing method therefor. [Solution] The focus of the present invention is on the formation of a quasi-adhesive layer (9) from an adhesive agent comprising a water-based mixture. The invention is characterized by the following: a label base material is constituted from a top-surface label base material (7) and a bottom-surface label base material (8) that is laminated on the backside of the top-surface label base material (7); the quasi-adhesive layer (9) is formed of an adhesive agent comprising a water-based mixture and is laminated between the top-surface label base material (7) and the bottom-surface label base material (8); and provided are a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (4) laminated on the backside of the bottom-surface label base material (8), and a peel-off paper (2) temporarily attached onto the backside of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (4).
