Abstract:
Disclosed are a queue processing method and a server, the method comprising: a server receives a queue request, for booking a target service, sent by a user terminal; the server obtains user information in a queue configured for the target service, the user information comprising the number of users currently recorded in the queue, and recently configured user queue numbers of the queue; according to the user queue numbers, the server configures a target queue number for a target user corresponding to the user terminal, and sends the target queue number and the number of users to the user terminal; the server configures the target queue number, which acts as a user queue number of the target user corresponding to the user terminal, in the queue. The present invention implements smart, automated queuing, and obviates the need for taking paper number tickets, thereby saving resources and helping to protect the environment.
