Disclosed are a quickly-disassembling locking device and a folding boosting case/bag, relating to the technical field of mechanical accessories. The quickly-disassembling locking device comprises at least two bilaterally symmetrically distributed locks. Each of the locks comprises a lock housing (100), lock holes (200) provided in one side wall of the lock housing (100), lock bars (300) distributed to penetrate through the lock holes (200), and manipulators (400) assembled inside the lock housing (100) and connected to inner end portions of the lock bars (300). The manipulators (400) drive the lock bars (300) to perform a linear feed motion relative to the lock housing (100) along the central axes of the lock holes (200). The device can effectively reinforce quick assembly locking and quick disassembly separation between components, for example, a component such as a vertical bar of a vehicle body can be quickly locked onto a component such as a case/bag; and the boosting case/bag formed by applying the locking device thereto has the characteristics that constituent components can be quickly assembled and disassembled, and same is convenient in terms of assembly and disassembly operations and saves on time and labor.
