Abstract:
Disclosed is a resin-coated Al plate with which a drawn and ironed can having a lustrous appearance can be formed. The upper limit of the thickness of an outer resin layer that covers an Al surface within the thickness range of 0.02-6 μm, said Al surface forming the outer surface of a can and having an arithmetic mean roughness (Ra) of 0.5 μm or less, is determined in accordance with the arithmetic mean roughness (Ra) of the Al surface. Specifically, the upper limit of the thickness of the coating outer resin is decreased as the arithmetic mean roughness (Ra) increases.
