Abstract:
This radiation detector according to an embodiment is equipped with: a housing; an array substrate which is provided inside the housing and has a plurality of detection units which directly detect radiation or detect radiation in coordination with a scintillator; a circuit substrate which is electrically connected to the array substrate and is provided inside the housing; and a conductive part which is inside the housing and is provided between a film-shaped ground provided to the circuit substrate and a conductive plate-shaped body provided to the housing. The conductive part contains a material which is conductive and is more flexible than is the ground material.
