Abstract:
Disclosed are a radiation refrigeration film with a composite photon structure, and a preparation method therefor, wherein the film comprises, from bottom to top, a fiber layer and a microsphere layer. The film system has the characteristics of strong sunlight reflection, high infrared radiation, a low angle dependence, etc. The reflection of energy in the sunlight band (0.25-2.5 μm) by same is up to 97%, and the average emissivity in the atmospheric window band (8-13 μm) is up to 0.96. The film can achieve a temperature drop of up to 10ºC under sunlight of 1000 W/m2, has an excellent radiation refrigeration effect and good flexibility and strength. The preparation method is a simple two-step method, comprising performing electrostatic spinning to obtain the fiber layer, and depositing a silicon dioxide microsphere dispersion to obtain the microsphere layer. The film has a simple structure and a high performance, the preparation thereof is simple and easy, and same is low cost, can meet the demands of industrial scale production, and has a high potential application value.
