Abstract:
A radiator cooling and heating apparatus according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a radiator which includes an air inlet disposed at the upper end thereof, an air outlet disposed at the lower end thereof, a tube forming a flow path through which air entering through the air inlet flows, and a plurality of heat exchange fins mounted on the outside of the tube; and a water tank unit having an inner space in which the radiator is disposed, the temperatures of the plurality of heat exchange fins being increased or decreased by supplying a heat exchange medium to the inner space, wherein the air that enters through the air inlet exchanges heat with the plurality of heat exchange fins while passing through the tube, and is then discharged to the outside at an elevated or reduced temperature through the air outlet. The radiator cooling and heating apparatus is used as an air cooling device in the summer and an air heating device in the winter, thus enabling low-energy and high-efficiency economical cooling and heating. Therefore, the present invention allows people or livestock to live without difficulty, even in a summer heat wave when the temperature exceeds 40 degrees or in cold, below-zero winter weather.
