Abstract:
A radio link monitoring method and a related apparatus. The method comprises: a network device sending a first indication message to a terminal device, and correspondingly, the terminal device receiving the first indication message; the network device sending a second indication message to the terminal device, and correspondingly, the terminal device receiving the second indication message; the network device sending, on the basis of configuration parameters of a reference signal and on a channel where LBT succeeds, the reference signal to the terminal device, and correspondingly, the terminal device receiving the reference signal; and the terminal device performing radio link monitoring according to the configuration parameters, comprised in the received first indication message, of the reference signal, a COT, comprised in the second indication message, of the reference signal and an identifier of the channel where the LBT succeeds.
