Disclosed is a radiotherapy bed having a dose measurement function, which relates to the technical field of medical instruments. The radiotherapy bed comprises a treatment bed surface (101), guide rails and a dose measurement device (105), wherein the guide rails are provided below a ray irradiation area (102) of the treatment bed surface (101); the dose measurement device (105) is provided on the guide rails; and the guide rails comprise a first guide rail (103) and a second guide rail (104) which can move relative to each other, such that the dose measurement device (105) can move in a two-dimensional manner below the ray irradiation area (102) and along the guide rails. By means of providing the dose measurement device (105) on the guide rails below the ray irradiation area (102) of the treatment bed surface (101), the dose measurement device (105) can move in a two-dimensional manner below the ray irradiation area (102), and therefore, the dose measurement device (105) can measure the dose irradiated to a patient at an expected position; and since the treatment bed surface (101) blocking a ray can be obtained by means of experiments, a real dose reaching the body of the patient can be deduced according to measurement data, thus improving the precision of dose measurement during radiotherapy.
