The present invention relates to a rail transit signal system having multi-network integration. The system comprises: a trackside train control subsystem, which supports the hybrid tracking operation of a CTCS-based national railway train and a CBTC-based urban rail transit train at the same time; a compatible vehicle-mounted subsystem, which realizes the cross-line operation of a national railway line network, an inter-city railway network, an intra-city railway network and an urban rail transit network; a networked intelligent dispatching subsystem, which realizes the intelligent dispatching management of a rail transit line network, and the coordination of line network running plans across different rail transit line networks; an interlocking subsystem, which is respectively in communication connection with and interacts with the trackside train control subsystem, the compatible vehicle-mounted subsystem and the networked intelligent dispatching subsystem; and a vehicle-ground wireless communication subsystem, which provides communication for both a national railway train and an urban rail transit train. Compared with the prior art, the system of the present invention has advantages such as interconnection and intercommunication, and deep integration.
