Abstract:
A railway wagon bogie using disc brake, comprising wheel set assemblies (1), side frame assemblies (2), bearings (6), axle box devices (9), bearing spring groups (7) mounted on spring bearing platforms of center frames of the side frame assemblies (2), wedge damping devices (3), bolster assemblies (4), a foundation brake (5), and side-bearing assemblies (8); the bolster assemblies (4) each comprise a bolster (4.1), two pipe supports (4.3) symmetrically mounted on two side surfaces of the center of the bolster (4.1), and two hanger bracket assemblies symmetrically mounted on two ends of the bolster (4.1); the foundation brake (5) comprises brake caliper units and a brake pipe system, each brake caliper unit comprises a brake cylinder (5.1), a brake lever (5.2), a hanger (5.3), a brake pad holder (5.4), and brake pads (5.5), the middle of the brake lever (5.2) is connected to two sides of the lower end of the hanger (5.3) by means of a pin shaft, the brake lever (5.2) has one end connected to the brake cylinder (5.1) and the other end connected to the brake pad holder (5.4), the brake pads (5.5) are mounted on the inner side of the brake pad holder (5.4), the hanger (5.3) of each brake caliper unit is connected to the corresponding hanger bracket (4.6) of the bolster (4.1), one pipe support (4.3) in each bolster assembly (4) is connected to a first air pipe seat (5.7) of the brake pipe system, and the other pipe support (4.3) in the bolster assembly (4) is connected to a second air pipe seat (5.10) of the brake pipe system. The usage of a brake disc eliminates abrasion of wheels caused by crushing by the brake pads when a wagon brakes, and eliminates the effect on material performance of the wheels.
