Abstract:
The present invention relates to a rapid feed device and, more particularly, to a rapid feed device capable of rapidly feeding feed, such as a bombshell, by electric power. The rapid feed device according to the present invention comprises a cylinder, a first piston part, a second piston part, a liquid, a gas, a driving means, a storage tank part, an opening/closing valve, a feeding platform, a return means, and a control means. The first piston part includes a first piston and a first piston rod, and the second piston part includes a second piston and a second piston rod. The liquid is received in the cylinder between one end of the cylinder and the first piston. The gas is received in the cylinder between the first piston and the second piston. The driving means slides the second piston. The storage tank part includes a storage tank capable of receiving the liquid and a pressurizing member for pressurizing the liquid received in the storage tank. The opening/closing valve opens and closes a path through which the liquid received in the cylinder flows into the storage tank. The feeding platform is coupled to the other end of the first piston rod so that the feed may be placed thereon to convey the feed. The return means may pressurize the first piston rod such that one side thereof is coupled to the other end of the second piston rod and the other side can return the first piston part when the second piston part is returned. The control means operates the drive means such that the second piston pressurizes the gas until the gas reaches a certain pressure, and when the certain pressure is reached, the control means opens the opening/closing valve so that the feeding platform can discharge the feed and actuates the driving means so that the second piston part can return when the feed is discharged.
