Abstract:
Disclosed is a rapid non-destructive tissue biopsy method for large area resolution of a microstructure based on spatial frequency domain modulation. The method comprises the steps of: 1. controlling a light source to output multiple spatially modulated light stripe patterns of different frequencies to a tissue sample; 2. repeatedly collecting, by means of a CCD, the intensity of reflected light after said light is scattered by the tissue sample; 3. analyzing and processing the collected intensity data of the reflected light; 4. demodulating the data into an AC component, a DC component and a modulation transfer function using a standard three-phase shift method, an SSMD demodulation method or the like, wherein the AC component and the DC component have different frequencies; and 5. obtaining a scattering structural index (SSI).
