Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a raw material crushing device for production and processing of resin toys, comprising a crushing device housing and a supporting table fixed at the bottom of the crushing device housing. A fixing frame is provided at the bottom of the supporting table; a rotating motor is fixedly mounted at the top of the crushing device housing; an output end of the rotating motor is fixedly connected to a rotating shaft; the bottom of the rotating shaft rotatably extends into the crushing device housing; a spiral conveying rising blade is fixedly mounted on the rotating shaft located in the crushing device housing. In the present invention, a resin toy raw material in the crushing device housing can be crushed from bottom to top, and a problem in the prior art that a resin toy raw material often moves vertically downwards due to gravity and falls on the bottom of the device is solved. The crushing speed is increased, the crushing efficiency is improved, raw materials can be crushed more uniformly, and then a raw material crushing effect is ensured.
