Abstract:
Disclosed is a raw material hot-melting apparatus for plastic toy production, comprising a base. Fixed frames are provided on both sides of the top of the base; a hot-melting tank body is provided between the two fixed frames; both ends of the hot-melting tank body are fixedly connected to rotating shafts; the ends where the two rotating shafts are away from each other are respectively rotated and extended to outer sides of the fixed frames and fixedly connected to transmission wheels; and cavities are provided inside both ends of the base. The raw material hot-melting apparatus for plastic toy production of the present invention can not only synchronously crush and mix raw materials, but also uniformly heat and perform hot melting on the raw materials, such that hot melting is more uniform, the speed and efficiency of hot melting are accelerated, and the existing defect that crushing, mixing, and hot melting are separately performed is avoided. Meanwhile, the occurrence of a phenomenon that materials are scorched due to the fact that a phenomenon that the hot-melted raw materials are adhered to the inner wall of the hot-melting tank body occurs can be avoided, thereby ensuring the overall machining quality.
