Abstract:
Disclosed is a raw material slicing device for battery case production, relating to the technical field of battery production apparatuses. The raw material slicing device comprises a bearing platform (1), positioning rods (2), an air cylinder (3), a movable pressing plate (4), supporting rods (5), a base (6), a conveying groove (7), a conveying device (8), and a workbench (9). The air cylinder (3) is arranged at the top of the bearing platform (1), four positioning rods (2) and four supporting rods (5) are provided, one end of each of the four positioning rods (2) penetrates a periphery of the bearing platform (1), the other end of each of the four positioning rods (2) is fixedly connected to a periphery of the base (6), the movable pressing plate (4), the supporting rods (5), and the workbench (9) are arranged below the bearing platform (1), the movable pressing plate (4) is connected with the workbench (9) by means of the supporting rods (5), the workbench (9) is arranged in the middle of the top of the base (6), and the conveying groove (7) and the conveying device (8) are both arranged inside the base (6). The beneficial effects of the slicing device are: the slicing device is simple in structure and convenient to operate, a raw material does not need to be fixed, the slicing device can adapt to cutting of various sizes, and cut finished products are conveyed to the outside in a timely manner by means of the conveying device, such that material blockage is avoided, labor intensity is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
