Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a small size and high heat dissipation reactor and a DC-DC converter using the reactor. The reactor of the present invention is equipped with a flat sheet bus bar, a core having a middle leg portion, and a heat-sink for cooling the flat sheet bus bar. The flat sheet bus bar is formed so that the axis of the winding thereof passes through the middle leg portion. The principal surface of the flat sheet bus bar is disposed so as to be parallel with the direction of the axis of the winding and thermally connected to the heat-sink through an insulating layer.
