Abstract:
A readily adjustable yarn placement apparatus for knitted fabric processing, which comprises an upright column (5) and a bottom plate base (9), a plurality of sleeves (4) are sleeved on the upright column (5), a plurality of mount rods (2) are hingedly provided in circumferential distributions on lower portions of the sleeves (4), adjustable extending/retracting rods (3) are further hingedly provided on upper sides of the mount rods (2), and the other ends of the adjustable extending/retracting rods (3) hinge with upper parts of the sleeves (4); at least one group of yarn placement assemblies (1) are further adjustably mounted on the mount rods (2), and each yarn placement assembly (1) comprises a yarn spool (11), an upper end plate (12), a lower end plate (13), a rotating shaft (14), a rotating plate (17), a support shaft (18), a spring (19), an omnidirectional ball (20), an omnidirectional ball casing (21), a mount base (22), a fixing ring (23), and a third fixing knob (24). The yarn placement apparatus facilitates height and angle adjustment, has a broad application scope, facilitates a yarn placement operation, possesses a good impact and vibration damping effect, runs smoothly, and is convenient to assemble and disassemble, improving work efficiency.
