Abstract:
The present invention relates to a real-time servo motor controller based on a load weight, wherein the real-time servo motor controller is capable of not only adaptively controlling the servo motor when load inertia varies in accordance with the weight of a load (material) but also reflecting on a real-time basis various mechanical variables generated during load transfer, thus controlling the servo motor to an optimum condition regardless of the load weight. To this end, the real-time servo motor controller based on a load weight according to the present invention comprises: a control parameter provider which stores each control parameter measured while transferring each load for test, and provides a control parameter corresponding to the load inertia estimated on a real-time basis; a disturbance observer which estimates on a real-time basis disturbances generated during load transfer; a load inertia calculator which calculates the inertia of the load being transferred and outputs the calculated inertia to the control parameter provider; a servo controller which receives the control parameter from the control parameter provider to control the servo motor; and an upper layer controller which performs a control algorithm.
