Abstract:
The recombinant cell according to the present invention contains a nucleic acid sequence encoding a recombinant protein and one or more regulatory sequences operably linked to the nucleic acid sequence and, moreover, has a nucleic acid sequence encoding sulA introduced thereinto. The method according to the present invention for producing a recombinant protein comprises a production step for culturing recombinant cells in a protein production medium, said recombinant cells containing a nucleic acid sequence encoding the recombinant protein and one or more regulatory sequences operably linked to the nucleic acid sequence and, moreover, having a nucleic acid sequence encoding a morphogenesis regulator sulA introduced thereinto.
