Abstract:
Provided are a recombinant collagen and a recombinant collagen sponge material. The recombinant collagen comprises (a) a protein consisting of an amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO. 2, and/or (b) a protein derived from (a) by subjecting the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO. 2 to substitution, deletion and/or addition of one or more amino acids, and having the same function as (a). The recombinant collagen sponge material is obtained by sequentially carrying out physical crosslinking and chemical crosslinking on the recombinant collagen. The recombinant collagen sponge material has the capabilities of hemostasis, wound repair, moisture absorption, and platelet aggregation, and has high hygroscopicity, a remarkable hemostatic effect, and good biocompatibility.
