A reconstituted biomass profile. A physical or chemical pulping process is used to destroy cell walls, remove part of lignin and soluble cell components, obtain a natural skeleton structure or split to obtain a unbleached pulp rich in cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin, or the unbleached pulp is further processed into unbleached paper having a certain thickness as three basic raw material skeleton units. The lignin is recovered by adding acidification, or synthetic material powder or film or solution is added as a binder. After drying or paper forming, the pulp is paved or stacked and subject to hot press forming to obtain a composite profile or a special-shaped profile. A viscous polymer is added to a natural skeleton of biomass or the pulp before paper formation, so that fiber raw materials and adhesives are uniformly mixed; or a piece of finished paper is dried after sizing or interlaced and rewound with a plastic film. With the help of a continuous papermaking production process and a hot press forming process, pipes, plates and profiles which are dominated by bio-based materials are produced on a large scale at a low cost in a cost-effective manner. Also disclosed is a preparation method for the profile.
