Abstract:
A rectangular warehouse with multi-channel feeding, full-plane discharging and folding-type scraping. In the rectangular warehouse, feeding devices correspond to rows of feed bins on a one-to-one basis and each comprise a feeding belt conveyor (21), a discharging trolley (23), a feeding traveling cart (25) and a reversible allocation belt conveyor (27), the discharging trolley (23) taking materials from the feeding belt conveyor (21), and the reversible allocation belt conveyor (27) receiving materials from a chute (28) of the discharging trolley (23); and scraping devices correspond to the rows of feed bins on a one-to-one basis and each comprise a scraping traveling cart (32) that is fitted across scraping tracks (31) on two sides of the feed bin, wherein the scraping tracks (31) are longitudinally arranged and longitudinally pass through a warehouse body; a rotary table (33) is arranged below the middle of the scraping traveling cart (32); an arm base (34) is arranged at a transmission end of a lower portion of the rotary table (33); the arm base (34) is sequentially hinged to a large arm (38a), a small arm (38b) and a scraper (35); when the large arm (38a), the small arm (38b) and the scraper (35) are unfolded, the scraper (35) can scrape a side wall of the feed bin; and when folded, the large arm (38a), the small arm (38b) and the scraper (35) can smoothly cross a partition wall (14) between the adjacent feed bins in the same row along with the scraping traveling cart (32). The rectangular warehouse with multi-channel feeding, full-plane discharging and folding-type scraping can achieve full-plane feeding and discharging to avoid the formation of the angle of repose.
