Abstract:
A recyclable polyolefin metallized composite film and a preparation method therefor. The composite film comprises a polyolefin metallized film layer and a polyethylene film layer (5); a base film of the polyolefin metallized film is prepared from polyolefin by means of three-layer co-extrusion blow molding by an up-blowing method. A metal surface of the polyolefin metallized film layer is compounded with a corona surface of the polyethylene film layer (5) by means of an adhesive. The barrier performance, mechanical properties and other indexes of a prepared heavy-bag product are on a par with these of an existing conventional metallized composite film heavy bag; after the used product enters a recycling system, plastic recycling can be performed according to the single-component metallized film, and the defect of a conventional metallized composite film being unable to be recycled due to different components of film-layer materials is avoided; the manufacture costs of the product are reduced, the influence on the environment is reduced, and the environmentally friendly requirement is satisfied.
