Abstract:
Provided is a recycled block concrete prefabricated laminated slab, comprising new concrete (1), waste concrete blocks (2) and a slab base steel bar mesh (3), wherein the waste concrete block (2) may protrude from a surface of the new concrete (1) by a protrusion height of not more than 25 mm; the protrusion height is limited by an assembling mould; the assembling mould comprises a pouring mould (4) and a height-limiting cover plate (5); and a steel bar positioning opening remains in a side mould (6) of the pouring mould (4), and threaded rods (7), limiting nuts (8), and gaskets (9) having different thicknesses are utilized at four corners of the pouring mould (4) to position vertically the height-limiting cover plate (5). Further provided is a manufacturing process for a recycled block concrete prefabricated laminated slab. The concrete prefabricated laminated slab solves the problem that the waste concrete blocks cannot be used in the prefabricated laminated slab due to the large size thereof, and the protruding waste concrete blocks can increase the surface roughness of the prefabricated laminated slab and improve the integrity with post-poured concrete.
