Abstract:
A red wine fresh-keeping device and a decanter using the red wine fresh-keeping device. The red wine fresh-keeping device comprises a rubber stopper for sealing an opening of a red wine bottle. An air pump for pumping air in a cavity of the red wine bottle is connected to the rubber stopper. The opening of the red wine bottle is first sealed by means of the rubber stopper to prevent air from entering the cavity of the red wine bottle for being in contact with red wine; then, air brought into the cavity of the red wine bottle in sealing is pumped out by means of the air pump so as to form a certain vacuum degree in the cavity of the red wine bottle; due to lack of contactable air, red wine in the bottle is prevented from flavor change caused by continuous oxidation, and accordingly a red wine fresh-keeping function is achieved. The decanter further comprises a water pump for pumping red wine and a first tee pipe for mixing air and red wine; an air outlet of the air pump is connected to a liquid outlet of the water pump by means of the first tee pipe; the rubber stopper is further connected to a solenoid valve for controlling the cavity of the red wine bottle to be communicated with atmosphere.
