Abstract:
The hose reel contains the drum with the rims from the sidewalls. The drum is equipped with the hollow muff. The wall of the drum is executed with the hole-hatch, jointed with the internal hollow of the muff. The rims of the drum are executed with the side windows and with the radial cutouts by the sides of the hole in the wall of the drum. The drum is executed with the semiround trough, located along the bow of its surface, the angular length of the trough rim is at least 90°. The trough is made in less width than the distance between the rims and equipped with the slantwise conical supports, divergent from the edges of the trough to the central part of the reel. The simplification and time cutting of the reliable installation and hose throwing over the obstacles without the walls damage and blocking, which prevents pumpover, as well as the maintenance complication, are provided.

Claims

1. Hose reel, containing the drum for the hose winding, covered with the disk-shaped rims from the sidewalls and equipped with the hollow muff, diametrically built in it, executed with the possibility to place a taking off-taking on hose fitting; besides, the wall of the drum is executed with the hole, jointed with the muffs internal hollow, the rims of the drum are executed with the cutouts by the sides of the mentioned hole in the drum wall, which is executed in the form of the semiround trough located along the bow of its surface, at that, the trough is made of smaller width than the distance between the rims, and equipped with the slantwise conical supports, divergent from the edges of the trough to the central part of the reel.

2. Reel in item 1 is characterized in that the tough's supports are executed divergent at an angle of 20°.

3. Reel in any of items 1, 2 is characterized in that the muff has side cuts from two sides, which form a channel, together with the rims cutouts and the drum's hole, with the possibility to install the reel into the wall.

4. Reel in any of items 1 , 2 is characterized in that it is equipped with the legs for the reel vertical installation, which are made together with the drum rims by the sides of their radial cutouts.

5. Reel in any of items 1, 2 is characterized in that the muffs walls are equipped with the transverse supports for the reel horizontal installation, executed together with them.

6. Reel in any of items 1 , 2 is characterized in that the cutouts of the rims of the drum are executed divergent to the peripheral.

7. Reel in any of items 1, 2 is characterized in that the muff is executed with the possibility to locate the fitting in it with tension, and its side cuts are executed in the square-cut configuration.

8. Reel in any of items 1, 2 is characterized in that it is equipped with the element for its hanging, located on the rim of the drum.

9. Reel in any of items 1, 2 is characterized in that the drum is executed with the possibility to put the hose between the rims.

10. Reel in any of items 1, 2 is characterized in that it is made in the monolithic form, of plastic.

Reel for hose for drain and fecal waters

Field of the Invention

The invention is relates to the products for the storage, reissue and rewinding of the elongated material like hoses, and is designed for convenient storage and packing of hoses for drain waters and fecal waters (faeces) in conjunction with hose fitting, as well as can be applied as a device that allows to throw the hose over the wall.

Prior Art

The reel for the hose contains a hollow drum located in the supports by means of the bearing units, an inlet branch built-in in one of the bearing units coaxially with the drum, a guide tube connected with the inlet branch, a nipple for the hose joint, connected with the internal hollow of the drum, and a hose- compensator for the guide tube joint with the nipple, located in the internal hollow of the drum and connected with the inlet branch (SU JVa 1141059).

It is known about the reel for the hoses, which contains a drum with a spider, an axis rigidly pinned in the frame and passing through the drum spider, which is connected with the bushing running upon the axis, by means of the splines, a coil spring fixed in the bushing by the internal end, and in the immovable sidewall - by the external end. The drum spider is equipped with a slip crown with teeth, directed by the shallow surface to the hose manual winding, and a pallet, spring-actuated to it. A double-armed lever with saddles, the contact surface of which is implemented over the internal radius of the drum with transferring to the radius of not exceeding the radius of the lever arm, cooperates with the internal surface of the drum. The lever runs upon the axis located in the longitudinal central plane of the drum, crossing the section of the smaller radius of the saddle. Another lever arm cooperates with the spring, the effort of which can be regulated (SU N° 1735183, prototype).

The disadvantages of the known devices are the complication of the device and the hose throwing over the obstacles without the walls damage and blocking, which prevents pumpover, as well as the maintenance complication, which requires the sufficient qualification of the executors.

Summary of the Inventions

The technical task of the invention is the effective construction of the reel for the hose creation with the minimal dimensions and weight, as well as such reels range increase.

The technical result is in the internal stresses reduction in the reel's material, the possibility of the reel material - plastic - cracking decrease and, as a result, the reel reliability (faultless performance) and durability increase. Simultaneously, there is a simplification and time cutting of reliable installation and hose throwing over the obstacles without the walls damage and blocking, which prevents pumpover, as well as the maintenance complication, which requires the sufficient qualification of the executors.

The essence of the invention is in the fact that the reel for the hose contains the drum for the hose winding, surrounded with the disk-shaped rims at the ends and equipped with the hollow muff, diametrically built in it, executed with the possibility to place a taking off-taking on hose fitting in it, while the wall of the drum is made with the hole connected with the internal hollow of the muff, the drum rims are made with cutouts by the sides of the mentioned hole in the wall of the drum that is executed with the semiround trough located along the bow of its surface, at that, the trough is made of smaller width than the distance between the rims, and equipped with the slantwise conical supports, divergent from the edges of the trough to the central part of the reel.

It is preferably that the trough supports shall be executed divergent at an angle of 20°, the muff shall have side cuts from two sides, which form a channel, together with the rims cutouts and the drum's hole, with the possibility to install the reel into the wall.

Besides, the reel is equipped with the legs for the reel vertical installation, which are made together with the drum rims by the sides of their radial cutouts, the walls of the muff are equipped with the rims cutouts of the drum and executed divergent to the peripherals, and the muff is executed with the possibility to locate the fitting in it with tension, and its side cuts are executed in the square-cut configuration.

Moreover, the reel is made in the monolithic form, of plastic, and is equipped with the element for its hanging, located on the rim of the drum, and the drum is made with the possibility to put the hose between the rims. Short description of drawings

The layer of fig.l shows the general drawing of the reel , fig.2 - the top view by fig.l, fig.3 - A-A cut by fig.l, fig.4 - the plan of the reel installation on the vertical wall, fig.5 - the reel, assembled with hose and fitting.

The hose reel contains the thin-walled drum 1 for the hose 2 winding, covered with the disk-shaped rims 3, 4 from the sidewalls. The drum 1 is equipped with the hollow muff 5, diametrically built in it, executed with the possibility to place a taking off-taking on hose fitting 6 of the hose 2 in it. The wall of the drum 1 is executed in the non-continuous (non-completely circular) form, with the hole-hatch (is not shown), jointed with the internal hollow of the muff 5. The muff 5 serves simultaneously as the diametrical stiffening plate for the drum 1. The rims 3, 4 of the drum 1 are executed with the side windows (are not shown) and with the radial cutouts 7 by the sides of the mentioned hole in wall of the drum 1. The muff 5 has the parallel longitudinal side cuts 8 from two sides, which form, together with the cuts 7 of the rims 3, 4 and the hole of the drum 1, diametrically oriented channel with the possibility of the reel sold installation on the wall 9.

The reel is made in the monolithic form - in the form of a sole casting of plastics (of polypropylene).

The drum 1 is executed with the semiround trough 10, located along the bow of its surface, the angular length of the trough 10 rim is at least 90°. The trough 10 is made in less width than the distance between the rims 3, 4, and equipped with the slantwise conical supports 15, 16, divergent from the edges of the trough 10 to the central part of the reel.

The supports 15, 16 are executed divergent an angle of 20°. The supports 15, 16 have cutouts in the area of the location slot, analogous to the cutouts 7.

The reel is equipped with the cross-sectional cylindrical hollow legs 11, 12 for the vertical installation of the reel, executed together with the rims 3, 4 of the drum 1 by the sides of their radial cutouts 7, serving simultaneously as the diametrical stiffening plates for the drum 1 and the rims 3, 4.

The walls of the muff 5 are equipped with the transverse supports 13 for the reel horizontal installation, executed together with them and serving simultaneously as the diametrical stiffening plates for the muff 5. The cutouts 7 of the rims 3, 4 of the drum 1 are executed divergent to the peripheral.

The muff 5 is executed with the possibility of the fitting 6 tight placing in it - with some tension, sufficient for its spontaneous falling out prevention, and the side cuts 8 of the muff 5 are executed in the square-cut configuration.

The reel is equipped with the element 14 for its hanging, which is located at the rim 3 or 4 of the drum 1.

The drum 1 is executed with the possibility to put the hose 2 between the rims 3, 4 at its ribbon-like condition, i.e. close-ended (depressed) condition of its internal wall.

Preferred embodiment

Hose reel is applied as follows.

In shipping condition and in case of storage, the hose 2 is winded at the drum 1 at close-ended condition of its internal wall, and the fitting 6, which can be connected to the hose 2 beforehand, which allows to put the last one in operation, is located in the muff 5. For the hose 2 for the fluid medium pumpover application, it shall be winded off from the drum 1 , and the fitting 6, which can be connected to the pump or another hose, shall be put on one of its ends (if it wasn't put on earlier), and the second end shall be placed in a vessel, where the liquid is pumped over from.

The supports 15, 16 of the trough 10 are executed divergent an angle of 20°, by means of what the maximum reliable support is created at the radial and at directed at the angle to the radial force responses of the rim and the support, on which the reel is installed at the hose drawing over the wall and winding. By means of that, the internal stresses in the reel's material reduce, the possibility of the material - plastics - cracking decreases.

The reel with the hose 2, or without it, may be located vertically, on the legs 11, 12, or horizontally, on the supports 13. The legs 11, 12 or the supports 13 may be applied for the removable handle installation for the reel with the winded hose 2 transferring.

In case if the pumpover shall be carried out through an obstacle - the wall 9, the drum 1 of the reel shall be put on the last one by the channel, which is formed by the side cuts 8, the cutouts 7 of the rims 3, 4 and the hole of the drum l.The divergent shape of the cutouts 7 of the rims 3, 4 conduce the putting on the wall 9. At that, the hose 2 shall be put in the trough 10 that provides the required throwing over radius in order to avoid the walls of the hose 2 damage and blocking.

After the work finishing, the fitting 6 shall be dismounted from the hose 2 and placed in the muff 5, and the hose, emptied from the pumped medium, shall be wound on the drum 1.

When using this invention, the conditions of the hose with the fitting are improved, the simplification of the operations and time cutting of the reliable installation, and the hose throwing over the obstacles (especially over the walls) without the walls damage and blocking, which prevents pumpover, are provided, as well as the maintenance complication, which requires the sufficient qualification of the executors. By means of that, the internal stresses in the reel's material reduce, the possibility of the material - plastics - cracking decreases, and, as a result, the reel reliability (faultless performance) and durability increase.
