Abstract:
A reference circuit comprises: a current control unit (1), a voltage control unit (2), and a voltage regulation unit (3). The current control unit (1) respectively outputs currents at a ratio of 1:1:n to a first end (2a) and a second end (2b) of the voltage control unit (2) and a first end (3a) of the voltage regulation unit (3). When the first end (2a) and the second end (2b) of the voltage control unit (2) receive equal currents output by the current control unit (1), a voltage of a second end (3b) of the voltage regulation unit (3) can be made equal to a voltage of a third end (3c) of the voltage regulation unit (3). When the voltage of the second end (3b) is equal to the voltage of the third end (3c), the voltage regulation unit (3) can adjust an output voltage of an output of the reference circuit, so that the output voltage is independent of temperature.
