Abstract:
Provided is a refining method for an amino acid or derivatives thereof, comprising: (1) preparing a saturated aqueous solution of an amino acid or derivatives thereof from a crude product of the amino acid or derivatives thereof at preset temperature; (2) performing first programmed cooling on the saturated aqueous solution to a metastable zone, adding seed crystals with the degree of sphericity not lower than 0.6, cultivating crystals at constant temperature to obtain a crystal slurry; and (3) performing second programmed cooling on the crystal slurry to second temperature, the rate of the second programmed cooling being no more than 1.0°C/min, and cultivating crystals at constant temperature to obtain the amino acid or derivatives thereof.
