Abstract:
A refrigerating and freezing apparatus and a control method therefor. The refrigerating and freezing apparatus comprises a compressor, an evaporator, a heating apparatus and a conveying line. The conveying line is used to convey a refrigerant flowing out of the compressor to the evaporator during defrosting of the evaporator so as to heat the evaporator, and the heating apparatus is thermally connected to the conveying line. Moreover, the control method comprises: determining that the evaporator starts defrosting; starting the heating apparatus to preheat refrigerant conveyed to the evaporator through the conveying line. Using the described method, the refrigerating and freezing apparatus can utilize the heating apparatus to preheat refrigerant delivered to the evaporator through the conveying line, which can reduce or prevent excessive heat loss by the refrigerant when flowing through the conveying line, enabling the evaporator to quickly and thoroughly defrost. By means of using the heating apparatus to optimize the defrosting mode of the evaporator, the problems of long defrosting time and incomplete defrosting can be resolved to a certain extent, which has application prospects.
