Abstract:
A refrigerating and freezing apparatus, comprising: a box body, the interior of which is formed with a storage compartment; and a refrigeration system. The refrigeration system comprises: a refrigeration assembly, which has a compressor and a plurality of evaporators that form a refrigeration loop, the plurality of evaporators each being used for supplying cooling to the storage compartment; and a bypass assembly that has a plurality of bypass defrosting pipelines, which are connected to the refrigeration loop and communicate one to one with the evaporators, and which are used for introducing a refrigerant from the compressor to each evaporator so as to defrost the evaporators. Moreover, the refrigeration system is configured to use other evaporators to supply cooling when one evaporator is defrosted by using a bypass defrosting pipeline, so as to prevent temperature fluctuations in the storage compartment. The refrigerating and freezing apparatus may effectively prevent an obvious rise in temperature of the storage compartment caused by the defrosting of the evaporators, and retains freshness better.
