A refrigerating system for a refrigerating and freezing device, and a refrigerating and freezing device. The refrigerating system comprises: a refrigerating assembly, provided with a compressor, a first evaporator, and a second evaporator that are sequentially connected in series to form a refrigerating loop, wherein a first flow pipe allowing a refrigerant to flow is formed inside the second evaporator; and a first bypass cold supply pipeline, connected to the refrigerating loop and communicated with an outlet of the first evaporator and the first flow pipe, the first bypass cold supply pipeline being provided with a bypass throttling device, and the first bypass cold supply pipeline being used for throttling the refrigerant flowing out of the first evaporator and flowing to the first flow pipe by using the bypass throttling device when the first evaporator uses the refrigerant from the compressor to perform defrosting. By improving the structure of the refrigerating system, a significant temperature fluctuation in a storage compartment can be effectively prevented while the defrosting rate is increased.
