Abstract:
A refrigeration cycle device comprises a refrigerant circuit in which a compressor, a heat source-side heat exchanger, a first expansion valve, a second expansion valve, and a load-side heat exchanger are connected via refrigerant piping. The refrigerant circuit allows execution of a cooling operation in which the load-side heat exchanger functions as an evaporator and a heating operation in which the load-side heat exchanger functions as a condenser. The first expansion valve and the second expansion valve are connected by a liquid pipe that is part of the refrigerant piping. The refrigerant circuit is provided with a first bypass circuit that is connected in parallel with the first expansion valve in the refrigerant flow, a first check valve provided in the first bypass circuit, a second bypass circuit that is connected in parallel with the second expansion valve in the refrigerant flow, and a second check valve provided in the second bypass circuit.
