Abstract:
The present invention provides a refrigeration cycle device including: a compressor; an indoor heat exchanger; an outdoor heat exchanger including a first outdoor heat exchanger and a second outdoor heat exchanger; a bypass flow passage with which the discharge side of the compressor communicates with the first or second outdoor heat exchanger; a flow rate control valve provided in the bypass flow passage; and a control device, the control device performing heating operation in which the first and second outdoor heat exchangers are caused to function as evaporators and the indoor heat exchanger is caused to function as a condenser, and heating and defrosting concurrent operation in which a part of refrigerant discharged from the compressor is supplied to one of the first and second outdoor heat exchangers via the bypass flow passage, the other of the first and second outdoor heat exchangers is caused to function as a evaporator, and the indoor heat exchanger is caused to function as a condenser. In the heating and defrosting concurrent operation, the control device changes the upper limit frequency of the compressor to a value higher than the upper limit frequency of the compressor in the heating operation.
