Abstract:
Provided is a refrigeration cycle device with which it is possible to suitably supply oil to a compressor. The refrigeration cycle device (100) according to the present disclosure comprises: a refrigerant circuit (110) through which a refrigerant and an oil circulate, the refrigerant circuit (110) being formed by connecting a compressor (10), a condenser (20), a depressurizing device (30), and an evaporator (40) in the stated order through use of piping (50); a temperature sensor (120) that detects the temperature of a portion of the refrigerant circuit (110) located between the downstream side of the depressurizing device (30) and the upstream side of the compressor (10); and a control device (140) that is capable of executing an oil return operation and that, during execution of the oil return operation, controls the action of the refrigerant circuit (110) such that the amount of oil flowing from the depressurizing device (30) to the compressor (10) in the refrigerant circuit (110) increases even when the oil return operation is not executed. The control device (140) executes the oil return operation when the temperature detected by the temperature sensor (120) is less than a set temperature that was set in advance in accordance with a two-layer separation temperature at which the refrigerant and the oil separate from each other.
