Abstract:
A refrigeration cycle device that solves the problem wherein a liquid refrigerant tends to accumulate in an outdoor heat exchanger during a low-load operation for cooling when the outdoor temperature is low. A merging flow unit (260) has a merging flow passage (261) that is arranged between paths (P1, P2) and a liquid-side inlet/outlet (23b), and in which refrigerant flowing from the paths (P1, P2) to the liquid-side inlet/outlet (23b) merges and flows. A branching path (250) has one end (251) connected to the path (P1) and another end (252) connected to the merging flow passage (261). When the load decreases in an outdoor heat exchanger (23), the flow-rate ratio of the amount of refrigerant flowing in the branching path (250) to the amount of refrigerant flowing in the path (P1) increases.
