Abstract:
A refrigeration and freezing device and a control method therefor. The refrigeration and freezing device comprises a storage compartment and a refrigeration chamber, wherein the refrigeration chamber is internally provided with an evaporator for supplying cold to the storage compartment and a cold storage device for accumulating a cooling capacity released by the evaporator; and the refrigeration chamber is controllably closed when the evaporator is stopped supplying the cold. Moreover, the control method comprises: determining that the refrigeration chamber is closed; measuring the temperature of the storage compartment; determining whether the temperature of the storage compartment exceeds a preset temperature threshold; and if yes, opening the refrigeration chamber to supply the cold to the storage compartment by using the cooling capacity accumulated by the cold storage device. Since the refrigeration and freezing device can supply the cold to the storage compartment by using the cooling capacity accumulated by the cold storage device, the temperature of the storage compartment can be reduced without starting the evaporator.
