Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of intelligent household appliances. Disclosed is a refrigerator, comprising: a body having at least one aging zone, a temperature adjustment apparatus, a humidity adjustment apparatus, a fan, and a processor assembly, wherein the temperature adjustment apparatus, the humidity adjustment apparatus and the fan are arranged in the aging zone; and the processor assembly is used for determining the aging time of food in the aging zone, for determining, according to the aging time of the food, respective corresponding operating modes of the temperature adjustment apparatus, the humidity adjustment apparatus and the fan, which are arranged in the aging zone, and for controlling the temperature adjustment apparatus, the humidity adjustment apparatus and the fan to operate in the respective corresponding operating modes, so as to adjust the temperature, humidity and volume of air in the aging zone. In the present application, only the temperature, humidity and volume of air need to be controlled during the whole process, without other operation steps on food needing to be performed, such that microorganisms can be prevented from being introduced and the safety is improved, thereby improving the quality of an aged product. Further disclosed is a method for controlling the aging of food.
