The refrigerator (10) comprises: a refrigerating compartment (12), serving as a first storage compartment, formed inside a heat insulation refrigerator body (11); a vegetable compartment (121), serving as a second storage compartment (121), formed inside the heat insulation refrigerator body (11) and below the first storage compartment (12); a heat insulation door (18), serving as a first heat insulation door (18), which closes a front opening of the first storage compartment (12); a heat insulation door (19), serving as a second heat insulation door (19), which closes a front opening of the second storage compartment (121); and a partition portion (24), which divides the first storage compartment (12) and the second storage compartment (121). In addition, the partition portion (24) comprises an opening portion (25) and a sliding portion (26) that closes the opening portion (25) due to the sliding portion (26) being in a state of being able to slide.
