An reinforced paper straw production device, which sequentially comprises a rotary paper feeding machine, a glue coating device, a rotating wheel forming device, a cut-into-strip device, a drying device and a product automatic detection, counting and packaging device, wherein the glue coating device comprises a rack (5), an upper glue box (101) and a lower glue box (102) which are respectively fixed on two sides of the rack (5), a bottom paper roller (4), an outer paper roller (9) and a driven motor (6), which are arranged on the upper side of the lower glue box (102), and a stirring device and a heating device are arranged on both the upper glue box (101) and the lower glue box (102). The device effectively utilizes the periphery and internal remaining space of the glue box of the existing straw production machine to add the stirring device and the heating device, a stirring impeller (1310) in the glue box is used to rotate and stir calcium carbonate powder/talcum powder and the glue at a constant speed to form a paste-like liquid mixture, fully mixing, then uniformly coating the paste-like liquid mixture on the middle paper (2) and the outer paper (3) in the paper straw production, to produce the reinforced paper straw. The structure is simple, calcium carbonate powder/talcum powder and the glue can be added easier, and the maintenance and repair are more convenient.
