A reinforcing accessory of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) and a UAV, which relate to the technical field of UAVs and can effectively improve the damage resistance of the arms of a UAV. The reinforcing accessory specifically comprises: an arm reinforcing member, the arm reinforcing member comprises a reinforcing rod and at least one reinforcing seat provided on the reinforcing rod, the reinforcing seats correspond to motor seats, and the reinforcing seats are detachably connected to the motor seats. Reinforcing seats of an arm reinforcing member are connected to motor seats on an arm, so that the multiple arms of a UAV may be connected together by means of the arm reinforcing member; the arm reinforcing member has the effect of structural reinforcement on the multiple arms of the UAV; and when the arms are impacted, the impact force on a single arm may be transferred and dispersed to the other arms by means of the reinforcing seats and a reinforcing rod, and as such the anti-collision ability and damage resistance of a single arm are effectively improved.
