Abstract:
Disclosed is a relay pull-in control method and control device for a grid-tie inverter. The method comprises the following steps: separately detecting states of a grid voltage and a relay, and determining that the grid voltage and the relay each are in a normal state; then modulating an alternating current output voltage of the inverter according to the amplitude of the grid voltage, such that the amplitude of the alternating current output voltage is higher than that of the grid voltage; and then issuing a relay pull-in instruction, separately measuring real-time values of the grid voltage and the alternating current output voltage of the inverter, and upon detecting that the real-time values of the grid voltage and the alternating current output voltage of the inverter are equal or the voltage difference is less than a threshold, stopping the operation of the inverter. According to the present invention, a large current caused by the inverter at a moment when the relay pulls in can be effectively reduced, the risk of grid energy backflow that occurs to the inverter after the relay pulls in can be avoided, and the working stability of the inverter and the relay are effectively improved. Moreover, by means of the method, the difficulty in inverter voltage control can be effectively reduced by means of open-loop control.
