Abstract:
Provided is a removal-and-mounting-free movable formwork across a concrete continuous girder. When the distance between two pier bodies exceeds the length of the movable formwork, a concrete box girder is built between the two piers by using a hanging basket; then, a track is laid on the concrete box girder; a longitudinal movement propulsion device acts to drive a cross girder to use a hanging bracket to hoist the movable formwork behind the concrete box girder to make same move forwards in a lengthwise direction of the concrete box girder until the movable formwork moves to the front end of the concrete box girder, thereby realizing the transfer of the movable formwork; and after the movable formwork moves in place, a hydraulic jack acts to drive the cross beam to move up and down relative to the concrete box girder, thereby realizing elevation adjustment, and the movable formwork can then be used to continuously construct a concrete box girder with a standard span. Thus, the removal, transportation and remounting of a movable formwork are avoided, the construction efficiency is improved, and the manufacturing costs are reduced.
