Disclosed are a replaceable laser and an array thereof. The replaceable laser is composed of a machine case (1) having a unified shape and a unified electrical interface (11) and internally mounted with a laser element, and a machine box (2) configured to be connected to the machine case (1) in a snap-fit manner. Power supply and parameter control for the laser element are achieved by means of the machine case (1) and a columnar protrusion (24) with a tilt angle on a fastening plate (2211), and an electronic interface inside the laser element; and by means of the columnar protrusion (24) with a tilt angle, the precise positioning of the machine case (1) and the machine box (2) can be achieved. During the replacement of a laser element of a different wavelength, the machine case (1) merely needs to be drawn out of the machine box (2) and replaced with another machine case (1) that emits laser light of a different wavelength, thereby greatly reducing the difficulty of medical personnel switching laser wavelengths, and improving the popularization and promotion of laser therapeutic instruments in the medical field. In the replaceable laser array, the machine case (1) of a different wavelength can be replaced in each machine box (2), and multiple wavelength switchers (3) can be connected to the back of multiple machine boxes (2), thus realizing the selection and output of a wavelength.
