Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To generate report information to improve accuracy of channel quality information to be restored according to a difference when reporting channel quality information on plurality of channels as a difference between them. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A report information generation device (400) includes: a report information table (401) containing a plurality of difference value candidate values indicating a difference between two channel quality information pieces as a report information candidate value; a restoration unit (403) for generating a restoration value by using the report information generated according to channel quality information on a first channel; and a selection unit (402) to which channel quality information on the second channel which is different from the first channel is inputted and which selects a candidate value from the report information candidate values according to the channel quality information on the second channel and the restoration value so as to generate report information based on the selected candidate value.
