Abstract:
In order to provide a technology for grasping the content of an abnormal event such as a medical crisis occurrence or an equipment breakdown in a vehicle, a forwarding unit of this reporting device forwards, to a mobile terminal that initiated a communication connection, an input form for inputting abnormality content information for reporting the content of the abnormality in the vehicle. An acquiring unit acquires, from the mobile terminal, the abnormality content information inputted into the input form. A notifying unit notifies a predetermined notification destination of the acquired abnormality content information.
