Abstract:
The present invention relates to a reservation schedule optimization method and system. According to embodiments of the present invention, at a store such as a beauty shop that a customer directly visits, and makes an order and receives a service accordingly at a corresponding place, when performing customer reservation status management and the like, there is an effect of promoting optimized reservation schedule setting (negotiation) and management, maximization of sales (achievement of best sales per unit time, optimal response to reservation cancellation/change/no show, and the like) according to the same, automation of schedule negotiation when reserving online, activation of online reservations for individual small business owners, an increase in service efficiency (securement of free time for a service provider), and the like.
