A resilient member according to one embodiment of the present invention principally comprises: a ring-shaped lower support portion having a predetermined outside diameter and thickness from a plan view perspective; a first resilient portion integrally connected to the lower support portion or one side of a second resilient portion; a second resilient portion integrally connected to the other side of the first resilient portion, the connection location to the other side of the first resilient portion being opposite from the connection location of the lower support portion and the first resilient portion from a plan view perspective, and having the bottom surface forming a predetermined acute angle with the top surface of the first resilient portion; a resilient structure forming part in which the first resilient portions and the second resilient portions are continuously and alternately connected to form a single resilient connected structure; and an upper support portion integrally connected to one side or the other side of an uppermost component from among the first resilient portions and the second resilient portions forming the resilient structure forming part, and having the bottom surface forming a predetermined acute angle with the top surface of the uppermost component.
